ADDED FRIDAY 22/02/2008 Super 14 moves to round two this afternoon with the Reds playing the Hurricanes. Interesting match up, with the Hurricanes looking intent to play and pass from anywhere and everywhere, if it works and it sticks, they could flog the Reds, if it doesn't come off, the Reds could get an away victory. I will tip the Hurricanes at home though. I think the Force could well have a win over the Cheetahs, Sharpe returns and some baggage has been jettisoned from the Force hold. I think the South African sides are and will struggle the most with the new laws, which is strange, didn't they test them all? Crusaders over the Bulls, Crusaders look very, very good, the only thing that will beat them will be the difficulty with the flying and the playing. Chiefs and Waratahs looks to be a salivating encounter, should be entertaining, alot of pace in that Chiefs lineup. I will go with the Chiefs at home. Brumbies and Highlanders, two sides that will finish in the bottom half of the draw, and the Brumbies already with injury woes, I will go with the Highlanders in this one. Sharks and the Stormers, draw?? Tough one, two sides uncomfortable with the new laws will all probably negate itself. Can't pick it, should be close, it should be the Sharks but they didn't impress last week. And Auckland should blast away the Lions, given that they can get over the flying and the playing thing, that's the tough bit about playing in Africa. Some entertaining looking stuff there, no question.
